These Terms govern use of RapidReed, the website, the AI Investment Decision Audit, Reed Studio, Reed SM, Website Design, Reed R&R, the 90-Day Business & AI Advisory, related forms, purchases, digital materials, and support. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
RapidReed provides business diagnosis, website design projects, and managed reputation and client-return follow-up. Contact: support@rapidreed.com.
2. What RapidReed Provides
The AI Investment Decision Audit is a one-time diagnosis of one AI investment decision using available evidence. The audit includes a written decision report and walkthrough. Reed Studio contains Website Design and Reed SM. Reed R&R, the Reputation & Return System, provides managed review, referral, and client-return work under the agreed scope. The 90-Day Business & AI Advisory is a separate paid engagement.
3. Eligibility
18+ and able to enter a binding agreement; if buying for a business, you have authority to do so.
4. Purchases & Pricing
The AI Investment Decision Audit is $99.99 once. Website Care is $999 upfront plus $99/month after launch. Website Growth is $999 upfront plus $299/month after launch. Reed R&R is $499 setup plus $299/month, month-to-month. Google Business Profile Setup is a $299 one-time add-on. Messaging and communication usage is paid separately. Prices shown at checkout and in an applicable written scope control if a discrepancy appears.
5. Payments
Checkout, billing, subscriptions, and invoices are handled by our payment provider, Creem (creem.io). Provide accurate information and authorize payment. Failed payment may pause access. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime via the Manage Subscription link in the site footer.
6. Refunds
Refund rights, if any, are shown at checkout or in the applicable written scope. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Access
Assigned after purchase; use the correct email and keep account info current.
8. Questionnaire & Intake
You may submit detailed business info; you’re responsible for accuracy and the right to provide it (don’t submit unauthorized third-party/sensitive info). You grant RapidReed permission to use it to deliver the service. RapidReed will not use your private submissions publicly without separate permission.
9. Scheduling & Participation
You’re responsible for completing forms, attending sessions, responding to requests; missing steps may affect timelines/quality.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Structured diagnosis/assessment/support — no guarantee of revenue, profit, funding, growth, or any specific outcome.
11. Not Legal/Tax/Financial Advice
Informational/diagnostic only; get qualified professional advice where needed.
12. Reviews Service Boundaries
SMS, email, telephone, and AI usage charges are excluded. AI conversations, AI-generated review replies, unlimited workflows, complicated CRM migration, dirty database cleanup, bespoke API integrations, and additional locations are excluded unless separately documented and priced.
13. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of submitted information and authorize RapidReed to use it to provide the purchased service. You confirm that you have the right to submit customer, contact, website, and business information. Data connected to the Reviews & Referrals workflow remains yours.
14. Intellectual Property
RapidReed owns/licenses the website, brand, copy, methods, templates, prompts, systems, content, and design. You may use outputs for internal business purposes; you may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or repackage RapidReed materials.
15. Community Conduct
Behave professionally; no harassment, spam, scraping, sharing private materials, or abuse. Access may be suspended for violations.
16. Prohibited Use
No unlawful use; no hacking/scraping/reverse-engineering; no false/stolen/unauthorized info; no reselling materials; no using outputs to mislead; no abusing forms/automations; no interfering with the site/checkout/app.
17. Third-party Tools & Links
Includes payment, forms, email, communications, CRM, analytics, hosting, and security providers used to deliver the website or a purchased service. RapidReed is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or availability.
18. Availability
Aim for uptime but no guarantee; may update/modify/pause/discontinue any part at any time.
19. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages; total liability capped at the amount you paid for the specific service.
20. Indemnity
You indemnify RapidReed against claims arising from your misuse, violations, unlawful conduct, submitted materials, or third-party infringement.
21. Termination
Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, non-payment, misuse, or risk.
22. Applicable Law
Operates to the fullest extent permitted by law; doesn’t limit non-excludable rights.

Terms may be updated; new “Last updated” date posted here.
