These Terms govern use of RapidReed, the website, The Reed Blueprint, assessments, questionnaires, purchases, digital materials, and related support. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
RapidReed provides structured AI-powered business assessments, strategic diagnostics, and operator support. Contact: support@rapidreed.com.
2. What RapidReed Provides
The free Revenue Leak Teardown — a no-cost diagnostic call. Reed OS — a subscription platform we run as your front office (calls, leads, reviews, reactivation, bookings), which includes Reed Studio, our done-for-you content service (reels and content made, scheduled, and published for you), with a one-time setup fee. The Reed Blueprint — a one-time structural diagnostic in three scopes: Oracle (foundation: business foundation, customer architecture, positioning & brand, offer & pricing); Athena (adds market penetration, messaging & proof, growth & sales, delivery & retention); Olympus (adds the scale layer: sales pipeline, financial intelligence, client portfolio, capacity & execution). Optional add-ons (paid-ads management, premium advisory, course/academy builds) and a limited Flagship engagement that combines the Blueprint with Reed OS, run for you.
3. Eligibility
18+ and able to enter a binding agreement; if buying for a business, you have authority to do so.
4. Purchases & Pricing
Prices shown at checkout. Launch pricing is a limited discount. Reed Blueprint scopes are one-time purchases: Oracle $999 · Athena $1,999 · Olympus $2,499 at launch. Reed OS is a subscription — month-to-month, or a 12-month commitment paid monthly or upfront — plus a one-time setup fee (waived on 12-month commitments; annual-upfront includes two months free). Add-ons bill monthly. Prices may change; the price at your checkout is the one that applies.
5. Payments
Checkout, billing, subscriptions, and invoices are handled by our payment provider, Creem (creem.io). Provide accurate information and authorize payment. Failed payment may pause access. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime via the Manage Subscription link in the site footer.
6. Refunds
100% refund within 7 days if your first session hasn’t started; once it starts, non-refundable except where required by law. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime (stops future billing; no automatic refund of past payments). Reed Blueprint sessions carry the leak guarantee: if a session doesn’t surface at least 3 real leaks, we re-run it free. Reed OS carries the launch guarantee: if your system isn’t live and running inside 30 days, your first month is free. 12-month commitments work like this: pay upfront and the term runs to its end — it isn’t refundable, and you keep everything through month 12. Pay monthly on a commitment and leave before month 12, and the commitment perks are billed at their real price: the waived $1,749 setup fee, plus $4,000 for the custom website — only if we built you one. Month-to-month plans carry no such charge; setup was paid up front.
7. Access
Assigned after purchase; use the correct email and keep account info current.
8. Questionnaire & Intake
You may submit detailed business info; you’re responsible for accuracy and the right to provide it (don’t submit unauthorized third-party/sensitive info). You grant RapidReed permission to use it to deliver the service. RapidReed will not use your private submissions publicly without separate permission.
9. Scheduling & Participation
You’re responsible for completing forms, attending sessions, responding to requests; missing steps may affect timelines/quality.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Structured diagnosis/assessment/support — no guarantee of revenue, profit, funding, growth, or any specific outcome.
11. Not Legal/Tax/Financial Advice
Informational/diagnostic only; get qualified professional advice where needed.
12. AI-powered Outputs
May contain errors/assumptions requiring human review; you decide whether to use them.
13. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of submitted info; you grant permission to use it to provide services; you confirm the right to submit it. The customer and business data you connect to Reed OS remains yours — you authorize RapidReed to process it to operate the platform on your behalf. Content RapidReed produces for you through Reed Studio is provided for use in your business.
14. Intellectual Property
RapidReed owns/licenses the website, brand, copy, methods, templates, prompts, systems, content, and design. You may use outputs for internal business purposes; you may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or repackage RapidReed materials.
15. Community Conduct
Behave professionally; no harassment, spam, scraping, sharing private materials, or abuse. Access may be suspended for violations.
16. Prohibited Use
No unlawful use; no hacking/scraping/reverse-engineering; no false/stolen/unauthorized info; no reselling materials; no using outputs to mislead; no abusing forms/automations; no interfering with the site/checkout/app.
17. Third-party Tools & Links
Includes payment, forms, email, and analytics providers, the website platform, hosting, security tools, and the Blueprint external app. Not responsible for third-party tools/outages/policies.
18. Availability
Aim for uptime but no guarantee; may update/modify/pause/discontinue any part at any time.
19. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages; total liability capped at the amount you paid for the specific service.
20. Indemnity
You indemnify RapidReed against claims arising from your misuse, violations, unlawful conduct, submitted materials, or third-party infringement.
21. Termination
Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, non-payment, misuse, or risk.
22. Applicable Law
Operates to the fullest extent permitted by law; doesn’t limit non-excludable rights.

Terms may be updated; new “Last updated” date posted here.
