These Terms govern use of the RapidReed website, Website Design, Reed SM, Reel Finisher, related forms, purchases, digital materials, and support. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
RapidReed provides Website Design, Reed SM services, and the Reel Finisher digital download. Contact: support@rapidreed.com.
2. What RapidReed Provides
Website Design covers a scoped website build and the selected monthly care or growth plan. Reed SM covers managed social content under the agreed scope. The service page and checkout describe the current deliverables and price. An applicable written scope controls any earlier purchase.
3. Eligibility
18+ and able to enter a binding agreement; if buying for a business, you have authority to do so.
4. Purchases & Pricing
Website Care is $999 upfront plus $99/month after launch. Website Growth is $999 upfront plus $299/month after launch. Reed SM pricing is shown on its service page and at checkout. Prices shown at checkout and in an applicable written scope control if a discrepancy appears.
5. Payments
Checkout, billing, subscriptions, and invoices are handled by Creem, our merchant of record (creem.io). Provide accurate information and authorize payment. Failed payment may pause access. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime via the Manage Subscription link in the site footer.
6. Refunds
Refund rights, if any, are shown at checkout or in the applicable written scope. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Access
Assigned after purchase; use the correct email and keep account info current.
8. Questionnaire & Intake
You may submit detailed business info; you’re responsible for accuracy and the right to provide it (don’t submit unauthorized third-party/sensitive info). You grant RapidReed permission to use it to deliver the service. RapidReed will not use your private submissions publicly without separate permission.
9. Scheduling & Participation
You’re responsible for completing forms, attending sessions, responding to requests; missing steps may affect timelines/quality.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Structured diagnosis/assessment/support — no guarantee of revenue, profit, funding, growth, or any specific outcome.
11. Not Legal/Tax/Financial Advice
Informational/diagnostic only; get qualified professional advice where needed.
12. Service Boundaries
Each purchase covers the deliverables and limits shown on its service page and at checkout. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.
13. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of submitted information and authorize RapidReed to use it to provide the purchased service. You confirm that you have the right to submit customer, contact, website, and business information. Data you provide for an agreed service remains yours.
14. Intellectual Property
RapidReed owns/licenses the website, brand, copy, methods, templates, prompts, systems, content, and design. You may use outputs for internal business purposes; you may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or repackage RapidReed materials.
15. Community Conduct
Behave professionally; no harassment, spam, scraping, sharing private materials, or abuse. Access may be suspended for violations.
16. Prohibited Use
No unlawful use; no hacking/scraping/reverse-engineering; no false/stolen/unauthorized info; no reselling materials; no using outputs to mislead; no abusing forms/automations; no interfering with the site/checkout/app.
17. Third-party Tools & Links
Includes payment, forms, email, communications, CRM, analytics, hosting, and security providers used to deliver the website or a purchased service. RapidReed is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or availability.
18. Availability
Aim for uptime but no guarantee; may update/modify/pause/discontinue any part at any time.
19. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages; total liability capped at the amount you paid for the specific service.
20. Indemnity
You indemnify RapidReed against claims arising from your misuse, violations, unlawful conduct, submitted materials, or third-party infringement.
21. Termination
Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, non-payment, misuse, or risk.
22. Applicable Law
Operates to the fullest extent permitted by law; doesn’t limit non-excludable rights.

Terms may be updated; new “Last updated” date posted here.

25. Reed SM Reel Finisher
Reel Finisher is a $29 one-time digital download. It provides an AI project folder with editing skills, instructions, three visual styles, and setup guidance. It does not include managed content production or publishing.
Requirements and delivery
The product section lists the required AI software capabilities, accounts, and compatible footage. Third-party tools may require their own accounts or subscriptions.
After successful payment, download access is provided through Creem. For access problems, contact support@rapidreed.com with your purchase email.
Using your purchase
You may use the package repeatedly to edit your own authorised recordings and publish the finished videos for your business. This permission overrides any “internal business purposes” restriction elsewhere in these Terms for those finished videos. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the package itself. Third-party asset licences still apply.
You supply the footage, confirm your rights to use it, and approve the final edit before publishing.
Support and refund requests
For support or refund requests, email support@rapidreed.com with your order details and the problem. Requests are reviewed under the purchase terms, Creem’s Buyer Terms, and applicable law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
