RapidReed respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, which tools we use, and your choices when using this website, The Reed Blueprint, related questionnaires, purchases, email subscriptions, and connected services.

2. Information We Collect
Contact information (name, email, phone, country, business details, messages); questionnaire information (answers submitted via our forms); purchase/billing information (via our payment processor — RapidReed does not directly store full card numbers); email subscription information (email + engagement); website usage & analytics; technical/security information (IP, browser, server logs, form records).
Reed OS platform data. When we run Reed OS as your front office, we also process the business data you connect or that we manage on your behalf — your customer and contact lists, call and SMS records, lead and appointment/booking data, reviews, and the content assets Reed Studio creates and schedules for you.
3. How We Use it
Respond to inquiries; deliver the free Revenue Leak Teardown, The Reed Blueprint, and assessment services; operate Reed OS on your behalf (answer and route calls and leads, request and manage reviews, reactivate lapsed customers, handle bookings); create, schedule, and publish content through Reed Studio; process purchases and subscriptions; manage access to paid products; review questionnaire responses; send emails if subscribed; improve the website/offers; understand traffic; prevent spam/fraud/abuse; maintain business/tax/support records.

5. Cookies & Tracking
Our analytics (Plausible) are cookieless — this site sets no analytics cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Essential cookies or local storage may be set by embedded tools you choose to use, such as the Fillout questionnaire or Creem checkout. Control via browser settings; some features may break if disabled.
6. Third-party Services
Creem (payments, subscriptions, checkout), Fillout (questionnaires), Plausible (privacy-first analytics), Hostinger (hosting and email), Google Fonts (typefaces), plus The Reed Blueprint external application, the Reed OS platform and its communications / CRM and scheduling infrastructure, and the tools Reed Studio uses to produce and publish content.
7. Payments
Checkout is handled by Creem, our payment provider, which may collect billing, payment, tax, subscription, and transaction details. RapidReed may receive purchase/access info but does not directly store full card info.
8. Email Marketing
Updates/articles/launch notes if subscribed; unsubscribe anytime via the email link or support@rapidreed.com.
9. Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool, to understand traffic in aggregate. It does not build personal profiles and does not follow you across other sites.
10. Retention
Personal info kept only as long as needed (service delivery, support, records, legal, accounting, security). Questionnaire/assessment data retained while the relationship is active unless deletion is requested. Email data kept until unsubscribe/deletion. Transaction/billing records kept for tax/accounting/dispute/legal.
11. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict/object, withdraw consent, request a copy, opt out of marketing. Requests to support@rapidreed.com; identity verification may be required.
12. U.S. Privacy Note
Additional rights may apply (know/access/correct/delete/opt-out). RapidReed does not knowingly sell personal information; some laws may classify analytics/tracking as “sharing” / “targeted advertising.” Requests to support@rapidreed.com.
13. International Visitors
Information may be processed by providers in different jurisdictions; data-protection laws vary.
14. Security
Reasonable technical/organizational measures; no system is perfectly secure.
15. Children
Not intended for under-18s; no knowing collection from children; contact support@rapidreed.com to review/delete.
16. External Links
Not responsible for third-party sites’ privacy/content/security.
