These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RapidReed, this website, The Reed Blueprint, related assessments, questionnaires, purchases, digital materials, and RBO where applicable.
By using the website, submitting a form, completing a questionnaire, purchasing an assessment, subscribing to RBO, or accessing related materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. Who we are
RapidReed provides structured AI-powered business assessments, strategic diagnostics, and related operator support.

2. What RapidReed provides
RapidReed offers The Reed Blueprint through three assessment tiers:
Oracle — Foundation Assessment.
Oracle diagnoses customer fit, positioning, offer, and pricing.
Athena — Growth Assessment.
Athena includes Oracle and adds market penetration, messaging and proof, growth and sales, delivery, and retention.
Olympus — Full Blueprint Assessment.
Olympus includes Oracle and Athena, then adds the scale layer: sales pipeline, financial intelligence, client portfolio, capacity, execution, team, and delegation.
RBO — Operator Layer.
RBO is optional add-on support after purchase. It may include AI workforce access, tools, community, group calls, framework drops, and system pressure-testing after the assessment meets real life.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use or purchase RapidReed services.
If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
4. Purchases and pricing
Prices are displayed on the website and checkout page at the time of purchase.
Current Cohort 1 pricing may include:
• Oracle: $999 one-time
• Athena: $1,999 one-time
• Olympus: $2,499 one-time
• RBO: $49/month Cohort 1 rate lock, where available
Prices may change for future cohorts, promotions, bundles, subscriptions, or new offers. Cohort 1 pricing is limited and may not be available after the cohort closes.
5. Payments through Lemon Squeezy
Payments, checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and purchase management may be handled by Lemon Squeezy.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and authorize payment for the product or service you select.
If a payment fails, access to paid materials, assessments, RBO, or related services may be delayed, paused, or cancelled.
6. Refunds
Unless stated otherwise on the checkout page, assessment purchases are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days if your first session has not started.
Once your first session starts, the work is considered live and the assessment becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
RBO is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancelling RBO stops future billing. It does not automatically refund past payments unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.
7. Access to RBO
RBO access may be assigned after purchase through Lemon Squeezy and RapidReed’s access process.
You are responsible for using the correct email address and keeping your account information current.
8. Questionnaire and intake information
The Reed Blueprint may require you to submit detailed information about your business, including strategy, offers, pricing, customers, sales process, operations, revenue context, goals, bottlenecks, and related materials.
You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You should not submit confidential third-party information, employee information, customer information, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right to do so and it is necessary for the assessment.
You grant RapidReed permission to use the information you submit to deliver The Reed Blueprint, generate outputs, provide assessment-related support, manage access, maintain records, and improve internal delivery processes.
RapidReed will not use your private Blueprint submissions publicly as testimonials, case studies, examples, screenshots, or marketing proof without separate permission from you.
9. Scheduling and participation
You are responsible for completing required forms, attending scheduled sessions, responding to reasonable requests for information, and using the materials provided.
If you miss, delay, or fail to complete required steps, delivery timelines and output quality may be affected.
10. No guaranteed results
RapidReed provides structured business diagnosis, strategic assessment, and operator support. We do not guarantee revenue increases, profit increases, funding, audience growth, sales, conversion rates, business success, or any specific outcome.
Your results depend on your business, market, offer, pricing, execution, audience, timing, follow-through, and other factors outside RapidReed’s control.
The Blueprint can show you where the leak is. It cannot force you to stop pouring water into it.
11. Not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice
RapidReed is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, investment advisor, or regulated professional services provider.
Any business, pricing, operational, strategic, or financial material is provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only. You are responsible for getting qualified legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice where needed.
12. AI-powered outputs
RapidReed may use AI systems, structured prompts, automation, frameworks, and related tools to support assessment and output generation.
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, assumptions, or interpretations that require human review. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use outputs in your business.
13. Your content and information
You retain ownership of the business information, questionnaire responses, documents, and materials you submit.
You grant RapidReed permission to use that information to provide services, generate assessments, manage support, communicate with you, improve internal processes, and deliver related materials.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the information you provide and that it does not violate any law, agreement, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.
14. Intellectual property
RapidReed owns or licenses the website, brand, copy, methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, systems, materials, content, design, and related intellectual property.
You may use assessment outputs and materials provided to you for your own internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, reverse-engineer, repackage, or turn RapidReed materials into your own product, service, course, template library, AI tool, consulting framework, or content system.
In plain English: use the work. Don’t steal the machine.
15. RBO and community conduct
If you access RBO or any RapidReed community, tool, or support environment, you agree to behave professionally and not misuse access.
You may not harass others, spam offers, scrape content, share private materials, misuse community discussions, distribute RapidReed resources without permission, or abuse the service.
RapidReed may suspend or remove access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create risk, or misuse access.
16. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
• Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website, tools, or systems
• Submit false, misleading, stolen, confidential, or unauthorized information
• Resell or redistribute RapidReed materials without permission
• Use RapidReed outputs to mislead customers, investors, employees, partners, or regulators
• Abuse forms, automations, support channels, or access systems
• Interfere with the website, checkout, questionnaire, or external application
17. Third-party tools and links
RapidReed may link to or use third-party tools including Lemon Squeezy, Fillout, MailerLite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, security tools, and The Reed Blueprint external application.
We are not responsible for third-party tools, outages, policies, pricing, security, data practices, or decisions.
18. Website and service availability
We aim to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, pause, discontinue, or replace any part of the website, services, assessments, materials, pricing, or RBO features at any time.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RapidReed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RapidReed’s total liability for any claim related to the website, services, assessments, RBO, purchases, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to RapidReed for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RapidReed harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, submitted materials, or infringement of third-party rights.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services, materials, RBO, tools, or support if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, create risk, or abuse access.
22. Applicable law
These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
